The Secret Society's plans come to fruition, as the wardens of prisons around the world are pressured or bribed into releasing their prisoners. It starts with a trickle, but erupts into a global jailbreak, that even Oracle can't handle. But without a Justice League, who else is there? Oracle calls in all of her operatives, and anybody else she can get in touch with to fight the Society's forces. Eventually all the teams report in that the villains are massing an army, and preparing to march on Metropolis.
